I introduced FOMCA and now I am going to describe how important is it. According to the moral value that we learned in secondary school, especially for the seniors. There is one moral value named "Melindungi hak pengguna". Its definition is "Membela dan memelihara hak individu untuk menjadi pengguna yang berilmu,
mendapat perkhidmatan dan barangan yang berkualiti, dan tidak mudah
dieksploitasi." which means protect our rights to be a smart consumer so that we will not be exploited by the sellers easily.
FOMCA did the things above. It helps us to protect our rights from being exploited by the sellers.
I found some articles about FOMCA in my Form 5 Moral textbook. We can see that FOMCA is very important for us and that is the reason why the author of the textbook wrote an article about it to let us more about FOMCA, to let us have our rights to get good service and things.
